DALLAS (Standard&Poor's) Aug. 27, 2014--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AAA' enhanced program rating and 'BBB' school issuer credit rating (ICR) on Texas Public Finance Authority Charter School Finance Corp.'s combined $9.14 million series 2014B and series 2014Q education revenue bonds, issued for Harmony Public Schools (Harmony). We also affirmed our 'BBB' rating on the existing debt for which the long-term rating is based on the school, and 'AAA' enhanced program rating on the series 2014A bonds. The outlook for all these ratings is stable.
