Distributed pro-Harmony flyer asking state representatives to vote against 3 fiduciary duty-of-care safeguards for
our children's textbook money, the PSF; the flyer claimed 0% dropout rates and 100% graduation rates which a
spokesman for the Texas Education Agency said were self-reported.  Rep. Menendez was also sole author of HR
235 honoring Harmony "Public" Schools -- which had not submitted its name change documentation to TEA.  The
pro-Harmony flyer subsequently distributed by representative Menendez bore "Harmony Science Academy" logo
-- the operation's original name on its charter applications to TEA.
